分會成長團隊 Club Growth Committee Toastmasters International, District 67 Taiwan 依國際總會《District Leadership Handbook》，分會成長執行長（Club Growth Director）負責全地區「行銷、分會建立、會員與分會留任」的所有面向；並在地區總會長同意下任命各分會成長委員會主席，組成地區行銷團隊（District Marketing Team）。Club Growth Committee 亦為手冊明列的地區級委員會之一。 我們做三件事 ① 分會拓展 Club Extension — 開發新市場、協助籌組新分會 ② 分會品質與留任 Club Retention — 支持既有分會維持會員數與會議品質 ③ 分會教練 Club Coach — 協助經營困難的分會重返 Distinguished 同時負責地區級品牌管理（brand steward）、企業與校園等新市場開發，以及新分會的贊助人（sponsor）與導師（mentor）媒合與訓練。 國際總會建議各地區每年達成 1% 會籍繳費成長與 1% 淨分會成長，以取得 Distinguished 以上認可。 The Club Growth Committee of Toastmasters International District 67 (Taiwan). We open new markets and build new clubs, help existing clubs stay strong, and coach struggling clubs back to Distinguished.
